Wood Grain Aluminum Panel is made of high-quality 3003 anti-rust aluminum alloy or 5052 high-strength aluminum alloy with stable texture, excellent ductility and high forming flatness, free of cracking and deformation after bending and shaping, suitable for various complex processing. The conventional thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 3.0mm, 1.5mm–2.0mm for indoor decoration, and 2.5mm–3.0mm thickened panels are recommended for exterior walls, large-span ceilings and special shapes, with customized specifications available according to engineering wind pressure and application scenarios. Adopting standardized precision production process, the aluminum panel is first subjected to chromate anti-corrosion pretreatment, then sprayed with PE or PVDF primer. The wood grain ink is penetrated and fused into the coating through 180–200℃ high-temperature vacuum heat transfer, forming an integrated wear-resistant wood grain layer. High-end outdoor versions adopt PVDF primer and thickened transfer film for stronger UV and weather resistance. With CNC cutting, precision bending and built-in stiffener reinforcement, the panel features accurate dimensions and stable structure, supporting full-type customization including flat, curved, special-shaped, perforated and hollow shapes, with hundreds of customizable natural wood grain textures.

Storage & Handling: The delicate wood grain layer of finished panels is fully covered with protective film before delivery. Stack flat and classify with wood squares or soft cushions at the bottom. Avoid single-point heavy pressure, vertical placement and collision to prevent wood grain wear, panel depression and paint scratches. Store in a dry, ventilated, dust-proof and moisture-proof area away from acid-base, corrosive chemicals and water accumulation to prevent wood grain discoloration caused by moisture.
Construction Environment: Avoid outdoor construction in strong wind, dust, heavy rain and high-temperature exposure to prevent dust adhesion and rain erosion leading to wood grain fading and mottling. Keep indoor construction dust-proof. The base surface must be dry, solid and free of oil and dust to ensure firm installation of keels and hangers and eliminate hidden dangers of loosening, water seepage and panel deformation.
Installation Standards: Construct in strict accordance with layout numbers to ensure uniform joints, flat panels and coherent wood grain direction. Forcible prying and pulling are prohibited to avoid uneven stress causing wood grain extrusion deformation and edge warping cracking.
On-site Processing Prohibition: On-site cutting, grinding, drilling and welding of finished wood grain panels are forbidden, which will damage the surface wood grain transfer layer and protective primer, resulting in texture fracture, local color difference and paint peeling oxidation. All size adjustment, hole opening and shaping processing must be completed by factory prefabrication.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Clean daily with clean water or neutral detergent using soft dust-free cloth. Strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents are prohibited. Avoid sharp object scratching and impacting the wood grain surface. Regularly check the tightness of fasteners and hangers to eliminate hidden dangers.
Deformation Adaptation: Standard expansion joints shall be reserved for large-area wall and ceiling installation to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding panel arching, uneven gaps and edge warping caused by temperature and humidity changes, and maintaining long-term coherent wood grain and flat facade decorative effect.
