Different from traditional sprayed aluminum panels, it adopts electrochemical anodizing technology to grow a dense and transparent aluminum oxide crystal film in-situ on the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate. The film is bonded with the aluminum material at the molecular level without hidden dangers of peeling, flaking and fading. The panel retains the pure and delicate original metal texture of aluminum alloy with transparent and high-grade luster and warm and fine texture, adapting to diverse decorative styles such as minimalism, industrial high-end and business calmness. While inheriting the basic advantages of aluminum alloy including light weight, high strength, Class A1 fire resistance and environmental friendliness, the product boasts excellent performance of ultra-high surface hardness, extreme wear and scratch resistance, super weather and corrosion resistance, as well as stain resistance and easy cleaning. Material & Technology:

Anodized Aluminum Panel adopts high-quality 3003 anti-rust aluminum alloy or 5052 high-strength aluminum alloy with dense and uniform texture, strong structural stability and excellent ductility. It features high flatness and rigidity, no cracking or deformation during bending and special-shaped processing with neat and delicate forming effect, suitable for various complex curtain wall and interior shape designs. The conventional thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 3.0mm, 1.5mm–2.0mm for indoor decoration, and 2.5mm–3.0mm thickened panels are recommended for exterior curtain walls, high-rise facades and large-span shape projects, with customizable specifications available according to project wind pressure, span and design requirements. Adopting full-closed precision electrochemical technology and standardized processes: degreasing and oil removal → water washing purification → alkali etching and scale removal → neutralization and ash removal → sulfuric acid anodizing → electrolytic coloring → sealing and curing → quality inspection and film covering. Low-pressure electrified oxidation generates a 5–25μm thick hexagonal honeycomb crystal oxide film on the aluminum surface, with outdoor special film thickness ≥15μm and hardness up to HV200–500, far higher than ordinary sprayed coatings. Without spray covering in the whole process, the original metal texture is transparent and three-dimensional. Hundreds of solid colors and texture effects such as silver gray, champagne gold, bronze, matte black, brushed and frosted are customizable, supporting full-type customization including flat, curved, double-curved, special-shaped, perforated and hollow shapes.

Storage & Handling: The finished anodized panel has delicate and transparent texture, which is prone to scratches and fingerprints. It is fully covered with high-density anti-static protective film before delivery. Stack flat and classify with wood squares or flexible soft cushions at the bottom. Single-point heavy pressure, vertical storage and collision are strictly prohibited to prevent panel depression, oxide film scratches and texture damage. Store in a dry, ventilated, dust-proof and moisture-proof area, away from acid-base reagents, corrosive chemicals and water accumulation areas to avoid oxide film delustering, discoloration and corrosion damage caused by moisture.

Construction Environment: Avoid outdoor construction in severe weather such as windy and dusty days, rainwater accumulation, high-temperature exposure and frost to prevent dust from embedding into panel texture and rain erosion causing oxide film delustering, mottling and aging discoloration. Keep comprehensive dust-proof protection for indoor construction. The base surface must be dry, solid, free of oil, dust and loose impurities to ensure firm installation of keels and hangers, eliminating hidden dangers of water seepage, loosening and panel deformation.

Installation Standards: Assemble in strict accordance with construction layout numbers to ensure uniform joints, flat panels and coherent unified metal texture and light and shadow direction. Constructors must wear clean cotton gloves, and bare-hand contact with the panel is prohibited to avoid fingerprint and oil stain residue damaging the transparent texture. Forcible prying and pulling are forbidden to prevent oxide film extrusion damage and edge warping caused by uneven stress.

On-site Processing Prohibition: On-site cutting, grinding, drilling, welding and polishing of finished anodized aluminum panels are forbidden. On-site processing will directly damage the surface original oxide crystal film, resulting in film fracture, local color difference, oxidation blackening and texture damage. All size adjustment, hole opening, special-shaped processing and bending must be prefabricated in the factory.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Daily cleaning and maintenance only use clean water or neutral mild detergent with soft dust-free cloth for gentle wiping. Strong acids, alkalis, organic solvents and hard cleaners are prohibited. Sharp object scratching and impacting the oxide film surface are forbidden. Regularly check the tightness of fasteners and hangers to eliminate loosening and corrosion hidden dangers in time, and maintain the transparent metal texture of the panel for a long time.

Deformation Adaptation: Standard expansion joints shall be reserved for large-area wall, curtain wall and ceiling installation to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature and humidity changes, effectively avoiding panel arching, uneven gaps, edge warping and stress deformation, and stably retaining unified and high-grade metal decorative effect.
