Material & Technology:

Face Layer: 3003/5052 aluminum alloy panel, 1.5–4.0mm standard thickness, with PVDF fluorocarbon, powder coating or anodizing; weather-resistant for 20–30 years outdoors.

Insulation Core: Optional Class A rock wool, PU, XPS, EPS; thermal conductivity ≤0.024 W/(m·K), fire rating Class A or B1.

Composite Structure: One-piece high-temperature lamination with aluminum foil/fiberglass backing; moisture-proof, anti-aging, no hollowing or peeling.

Sizes: Standard 600×1200mm / 1220×2400mm; insulation thickness 20–100mm customizable.

Installation & After-sales

All thermal insulated integrated aluminum panels are factory-engineered, CNC-cut and one-piece composite with precise dimensions, flat surface and strong bonding between insulation and aluminum face. Installed via dry hanging or adhesive+anchorage with sealed waterproof joints for system stability. Full customization of thickness, size, color, texture, insulation rating available, including design optimization, joint detailing and on-site technical support. Notes on Installation & Application:

Storage & Handling: Stack panels flat with wooden or soft cushions underneath; avoid tilting, heavy pressure or impact to prevent deformation, coating scratches or insulation cracking. Store in a dry, ventilated area away from rain, moisture and corrosives.

Construction Environment: Avoid outdoor work in heavy rain, strong wind, dust or extreme heat. Substrate walls must be solid, dry, flat and free of oil/dust to ensure firm keel and anchor installation.

Installation Standards: Install by layout numbers with uniform joints and flat panels. Do not force or hammer panels; do not alter bracket positions arbitrarily to ensure even loading and vertical alignment.

On-site Processing Prohibition: No on-site cutting, grinding, drilling or welding — it damages the composite structure and waterproof coating, causing delamination, water leakage or peeling. All size adjustments and openings must be factory-prepared.

Waterproof Sealing: Fill panel joints fully with weather-resistant sealant to prevent water ingress. Waterproof edge treatment required at corners, sills and parapets.

Maintenance & Inspection: Clean with water or neutral detergent only; no strong acids/alkalis/solvents. Regularly inspect sealant, brackets and fasteners; repair cracks or looseness promptly.
